The Parlour makes gelato in-house, roasts its own coffee and bakes, all at 85 Military Road.
Coffee from our own roastery
The Parlour describes itself as a coffee roastery, and espresso is lettered on the shop window. The coffee bar sits in the room beside the fireplace.
Baking and waffles
Baking is the third name on the shop's tagline, and the window lettering adds waffles. Opening hours are Wednesday to Monday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
